چکیده
Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus (T1DM) is an autoimmune disease caused by absolute deficiency of insulin because the destruction β cells islet pancreas. Aerobic exercise and diet are two main points diabetes treatment. Methods: The data for this study comes from un online survey 50 people with health diseases, conducted between June 8 July 12, 2021. More precisely, our mail-only data, selected randomly a database maintained B-Sport Plus Project. contains questions about physical activities in diabetic patients. Results: Among interviewers type diabetes, largest age group covers those younger than 18 years old. 31% patients answered that conditions limit their daily activity. 47% them spent 1-2 h on sport recreational activity per day. reported they do multiple activities, others leisurely walking (walking dog), bicycling, skating, swimming curling, gardening light housework, dancing or other moderate classes, weight training running, brisk walk. 62% willing to hours 33% not participate lack time, financial constraints, family friends influence, self-confidence, illness/injury, problems transportation. Conclusion can improve sensitivity Insulin, blood glucose lipid metabolism, thereby reducing dosage improving glycemic control. WHO recommends at least 150 minutes week. T1DM patients, physiotherapists fitness trainers, kinesiologists endocrinologists need fully understand how effect metabolism implement individualized aerobic programs.

Predictors of Physical Activity in Type 2 Diabetic Patients Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior
Objective: Low physical activity is the fourth risk factor of death worldwide. Approximately 27% risk of diabetes is reduced by 150 minutes of moderate physical activity per week. The present study was designed to determine the predictors of physical activity promotion among type 2 diabetic patients. Materials and Methods: In this cross sectional study 320 patients with type 2 diabetes were in...

Objective: Lack of exercise is the fourth cause of death in the world. There is an inverse relationship between physical activity and the risk of diabetes. The aim of this study was to determine physical activity status and its related factors among type 2 diabetic patients in Hamadan, west of Iran. Materials and Methods: This analytical-observational study was performed on320 type 2 diabetic ...

Background and Objective: Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) is among the epidemic metabolic chronic diseases that attenuates physiological functions, including hematopoiesis and immune responses, developing a higher risk of COVID-19 incidence. This study purposed to study the association of physical activity level (PAL) with the COVID-19 incidence in patients with T2DM. Materials and Methods: Al...
متن کاملIncreased Expression of TRAIL and Its Receptors on Peripheral T-Cells in Type 1 Diabetic Patients
Background: Type-I diabetes is an autoimmune inflammatory disease in which pancreatic ß-cells are selectively destroyed by infiltrating cells. TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL) is a type-II membrane protein of the TNF superfamily which is expressed in different tissues, including pancreas and lymphocytes. In humans, TRAIL interacts with four membrane receptors. TRAIL-R1 and TRAIL-R2...
متن کاملChaotic dynamic analysis and nonlinear control of blood glucose regulation system in type 1 diabetic patients
In this paper, chaotic dynamic and nonlinear control in a glucose-insulin system in types I diabetic patients and a healthy person have been investigated. Chaotic analysis methods of the blood glucose system include Lyapunov exponent and power spectral density based on the time series derived from the clinical data. Wolf's algorithm is used to calculate the Lyapunov exponent, which positive val...
